Carell's former cast members Ellie Kemper, Ed Helms and Jenna Fischer were all in the audience for his opening monologue on last night's Saturday Night Live. It was Carell's first time hosting since leaving The Office. “People would really love to see an Office reboot," said Kemper. "Because I need that money. Let’s get that money, Steve." Helms told Carell, who was promoting his new movie Beautiful Boy, that a potential reboot would bring in so much money “you wouldn’t have to do all those sad movies.” Fischer added: “Don’t be a d*ck, Steve. Do the reboot!'” The bit also included Carell's wife, Nancy Carell (née Walls), who appeared on The Office as Michael Scott's realtor and who herself was an SNL cast member in the 1995-96 season. Carell reacted to his former Office cast members by saying what he's been saying for a while: “I don’t think it’s the best idea. I think we should just leave it alone."
