The View's Meghan McCain and Joy Behar agree Chris Matthews was treated harshly

"There’s a difference between flirting and rape," McCain said on this morning's View in a discussion comparing Matthews' behavior at MSNBC with Harvey Weinstein. “I don’t think he touched anybody and didn’t intimidate anybody, but he said to a girl ‘you look gorgeous’ or something, and I think could fall in love with you,” added Behar.
