Molly Ephraim and Flynn Morrison have opted not to return as daughter Mandy and grandson Boyd of Allen's character. So their roles will be recast for the Fox revival. Meanwhile, Kaitlyn Dever is still in negotiations to return as daughter Eve on a recurring basis.
