Timothy Hutton won't be charged over a 1983 rape allegation

Canadian ex-model and former child actor Sera Johnston filed a criminal complaint with the Vancouver police in late 2019, alleging that the Oscar-winning former Leverage star raped her in 1983 when she was 14 years old. Prosecutors investigated Johnston's allegation and opted not to press charges.
