Posey, who starred on an episode of the TLC reality show at age 10 in an appearance that turned her into a meme, took her own life at age 16, her family said, telling TMZ: "Although she was an accomplished teenager with a bright future ahead of her, unfortunately in one impetuous moment, she made the rash decision to end her earthly life."
