Tom Arnold files a police battery report against Mark Burnett

“We can confirm a battery report was made at the West L.A. station. No arrest was made,” an LAPD spokesman tells Deadline. Arnold alleged last night that The Apprentice producer tried to choke him at a pre-Emmys party. Arnold says he has several witnesses, including Kevin Bacon and his actress daughter Sosie Bacon. Arnold has been targeting Burnett for months, even saying in an interview with Salon that he planned to confront Burnett at the Emmys. Arnold's new Viceland show, The Hunt for the Trump Tapes, premieres on Tuesday.
