The lawsuit alleges that Lights Out staffer Jacob Gralitzer left the show's premiere party drunk in West Hollywood on Aug. 1, reports TMZ. He allegedly sped and hit a car that careened onto the sidewalk, killing a pedestrian, 24-year-old singer-songwriter Noah Benardout. Gralitzer was arrested and booked for gross vehicular manslaughter while driving under the influence. Viacom is being blamed for not stopping Gralitzer from allegedly driving drunk. David Spade is not named in the lawsuit.
