CNBC reports that ViacomCBS executives "are considering creating a service with advertisements that will combine CBS All Access with Viacom assets including Pluto TV, Nickelodeon, BET, MTV, Comedy Central and Paramount Pictures." An ad-free version is also being proposed, along with a premium version that will also include Showtime. The new strategy is expected to be announced during the company's Feb. 20 fourth quarter earnings call.
