Brown, who played Gem saloon worker Dan Dority, tweeted some details of the HBO movie, saying the film is set 10 years after the events of Season 3. "Holy. Sh*t," Brown says of reading the final draft for the first time. "In the course of those two hours, my emotions ricocheted in every f*cking direction: exhilaration to melancholy; hoots of joy to screams of despair. The Maestro has topped himself."
