A sale of the Warner Bros. websites and TV series to Fox makes sense since TMZ on TV airs on local Fox stations. The Fox network has also shown TMZ specials like the recent TMZ Investigates: UFOs: The Pentagon Proof. The sale would help WarnerMedia shed assets as it prepares to merge with Discovery.
