Why Oprah's CBS interview with Meghan and Harry isn't available on Paramount+

Oprah with Meghan and Harry: A Primetime Special was available to stream live last night on ViacomCBS' rebranded streaming service, but isn't available now because Oprah Winfrey's production company Harpo has the streaming right to the special. So while the special is available on CBS.com to stream right now, it won't be added to Paramount+ likely because of Winfrey's deal with rival streamer Apple TV+.
