Ferrell was riding in a chauffer-driven SUV with three passengers last night in Orange County when it was sideswiped by another car, causing it to spin and flip over. Ferrell was photographed talking on his cell phone while firefighters put him in an ambulance. According to his rep, Ferrell didn't suffer any significant injuries. Ferrell was coming from an appearance with Billy Eichner at a San Diego-area high school to encourage students to register to vote.
