With baby Billy in his arms, Kimmel spoke on behalf of the program CHIP (Children’s Health Insurance Program), which Congress recently failed to renew. “I’ve had enough of this,” Kimmel said. “I don’t know what can be more disgusting than putting a tax cut that mostly goes to rich people ahead of the lives of children.
