Action-Packed Andor Trailer Features a Brewing Rebellion Against the Empire

Disney+ has released the trailer for Andor, the new action-packed Star Wars prequel series following Cassian Andor's journey and the tale of rebellion against the Empire.

Andor stars Diego Luna as Cassian Andor and takes place before the events of the 2016 film Rogue One. Other series stars include Genevieve O’Reilly, Stellan Skarsgård, Adria Arjona, Denise Gough, Kyle Soller, and Fiona Shaw, with Forest Whitaker reprising his role of Saw Gerrera.

According to Disney+, Andor takes place in "an era filled with danger, deception and intrigue where Cassian will embark on the path that is destined to turn him into a rebel hero."

Originally scheduled for August 31, the trailer also reveals a new date for the show's three-episode season premiere: September 21.
