Deion Sanders, head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes, is still getting better from a health issue that no one has talked about much. This problem has made him stay out of the spotlight during the off-season. Deion Jr., his son, put up a video blog recently where Sanders gave a short talk about how he is doing.

While he was with his daughter Shelomi in a cold ice bath outside, he said he is still facing health troubles and is not yet fully better. Although he didn't share much details, it has been over a month since people first knew about his health issue. The former NFL star made it clear that he is still on a tough path to get back to normal, instead of saying he is all good.

Despite feeling unwell, Deion Sanders stays active with his kids in new vlog

In a new video on his son Deion Jr.'s YouTube page, Deion Sanders talked about how he's been feeling sick while hanging out with his kids. Although he's still getting better and not all the way back to normal, the 57-year-old kept doing things in the video.

He tried to join his daughter Shelomi, who is good at basketball, for a quick cold plunge, but got out soon because the ice made him feel bad. Yet, he kept moving, playing tennis and trying to run 1.3 miles with Shelomi, showing that he wants to keep up even though he's not 100% yet.

He said to his daughter in the video:

"You know I'm still going through something. I ain't all the way recovered."

Deion Sanders returns to spotlight after health-related break from team events

Deion Sanders has kept a low profile this season while he deals with health issues that made him miss many football camps and team events. He's often seen in the media and online, but Sanders just got back in the public eye at the Big 12 media days.

There, he did not talk much about his health, but made it clear he's all in for his team. He said his main goal now is to get ready for the new season and meet the players he hasn’t yet.

He has kept busy with off-stage stuff, seen playing easy sports like tennis and running short paths with his daughter. In early June, Sanders said that his health was messing with his plans but told his fans he was getting better.
