Ewan McGregor is Disappointed With His New Obi-Wan Kenobi Action Figure

Ewan McGregor appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live Wednesday night to discuss his new Disney+ series, Obi-Wan Kenobi — and to unveil his new action figure, but he was less than pleased with how the toy turned out.

“I got sent over my — I really did only just see this about an hour ago — my doll,” McGregor said, holding it up for the audience and fill-in host Mike Birbiglia. “I don’t know if it’s just me, like, they scan you. You know, they have these machines that, like, they read your body and every data point in your being is recorded. And then still, it somehow doesn’t quite look like me.”

He added, “I look like Richard Chamberlain ... maybe they had an old scan of his that they just used for me.”

The new trailer for Obi-Wan Kenobi was released on Tuesday, and the series is set to premiere May 27 on Disney+.
