The cast of True Detective: Night Country is growing.
HBO has added British TV staples Fiona Shaw (Killing Eve, Andor) and Christopher Eccleston (Dr. Who, The Leftovers) to the cast, as well as John Hawkes (Deadwood), Finn Bennett, and Anna Lambe. The group joins previously announced series leads Jodie Foster and Kali Reis.
Set in Ennis, Alaska, the fourth installment of the HBO crime anthology series sees Detective Liz Danvers (Foster) and Evangeline Navarro (Reis) investigate the mysterious disappearance of six men from the Tsalal Arctic Research Station.
Eccleston will star as the Chief of Police who has a history with Foster's charracter, while Shaw will fill the shoes of a local survivalist.
True Detective: Night Country is currently in the pre-production stage.
