No more green fingers for King Viserys.
HBO will fix the VFX flub that appeared in House of the Dragon's third episode this weekend, according to Variety. In "Second of His Name," King Viserys (Paddy Considine), whose fingers were supposed to be missing (or close to it) was spotted wearing a green screen glove. (A glove definitely not intended to make it into the final cut of the episode). It didn't take long for observant fans to take notice of the mistake and tweet about it.

That’s right folks the masterful VFX effects team of House of Dragons left green fingers onscreen instead of doing their job pic.twitter.com/tfoQ5hdrV5

The streamer will reportedly correct the error on its streaming platforms, though when the update will take place has not been made public. This isn't the first time we've seen a slip-up in Westeros, either; Game of Thrones fans might recall another final cut blooper than occurred when a coffee cup was left in a Season 8 scene back in 2019. Luckily for House of the Dragon, fixing a couple green screen-adorned digits will likely be easier than digitally removing a macchiato.
