After a 38-month hiatus, Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan is returning to Prime Video with a new season.
The streamer has announced that all 8 episodes of the John Krasinski-led series' third season will debut on December 21. Season 3 sees Jack Ryan (Krasinski) wrongly implicated in a massive conspiracy and forced to go on the run as a result. Wanted by the CIA and an "international rogue faction" he's discovered, Jack must stay out of sight, fight for his life, and try to stop a conflict of global proportions.
In addition to Krasinski as the titular Jack Ryan, Wendell Pierce and Michael Kelly will return as James Greer and Mike November respectively, while Nina Hoss, Betty Gabriel, and Michael Peña are also joining the cast this season.
Peña will reportedly appear in the final episode of Season 3 before taking on a more central role in Season 4, which will also be the series' last. A spinoff starring Peña and Season 1 cast member Abbie Cornish (Jack's former love interest Cathy Mueller) is reportedly in development.
The first two seasons of Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan are streaming on Prime Video.
