Lauren Pisciotta has stepped up her lawsuit against Ye, once known as Kanye West, by adding more serious claims. In the new court papers, Lauren Pisciotta says that Ye did not just harass her s*xually and hit her but also did things that might be called s*x trafficking and following her too much.

These fresh charges, made by someone who used to work a lot with Ye as an assistant, have started more talk about the bad power play between big-time stars and their workers.

Lauren Pisciotta's lawyers say the update was needed to include incidents they claim happened at different times and places. This adds to West’s growing legal troubles and public controversies in recent years.

Lauren Pisciotta expands her lawsuit against Kanye West

Lauren Pisciotta's big legal battle with Kanye West is heating up, as her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, hits hard back at West's side, calling her claims baseless. In conversation with the Daily Mail, Bloom stated that Kanye's own words on social media could backfire if the case goes to court. She said that his public words might be used as proof to back Lauren Pisciotta's claims. In her words:

"Kanye's publicist is deafeningly silent on Kanye’s own admissions, which will destroy him in court. We look forward to seeing him there, where he cannot hide behind a high-priced spin team."

Lauren Pisciotta used to work for West's Yeezy brand. She filed her first lawsuit in June 2024 for s*xual harassment and breach of contract. She has now expanded it to include claims of s*xual assault, forced oral s*x, and stalking.

In new papers filed in Los Angeles, Lauren Pisciotta says West forced her into unwanted s*xual acts many times. She says he also created a s*xual and abusive atmosphere at the Yeezy office that involved other staff. After she spoke out, she claimed Kanye West stalked and scared her. Bloom says Pisciotta is ready for trial and believes West's public behavior will help prove her claims.

In her latest court papers, Lauren Pisciotta says she worked with Kanye West for almost two years. She claims he promised to help her get bigger chances in music and fashion. She says these promises were meant to take her career further than ever before. Nevertheless, Pisciotta claims that her dedication and diligence were put in the shadow by recurrent cases of sexual misbehavior:

"For almost two years Ms. Pisciotta dedicated her life to Ye under the pretense that he would present her with pivotal opportunities in the music and fashion industries at an even larger scale than any of her previous work. Despite Ms. Pisciotta’s unwavering dedication to her job, Ye continued to sexually harass her at every opportunity."

She claims that during their collaboration they were in San Francisco. You exposed her to several unwanted s*xual advances. She also claims that on one occasion he grabbed her genitalia when masturbating himself and forced her to perform oral s*x.

In addition to the above allegations, Lauren Pisciotta's complaint provides a larger picture of how her trust and ambition were used by making promises of career-defining experiences, which, according to her, were never met. The legal action throws light on what she calls a poisonous power imbalance, another convincing episode in the controversial portfolio of Ye, which is increasingly troubling.

Kanye West fires back online as Lauren Pisciotta's lawyers call out his tactics

After Lauren Pisciotta filed her lawsuit against Kanye West, he hit back directly on X (formerly Twitter), posting,

"WHY DID I NEVER F*CK LAUREN PISCIOTTA SHE SMELLED FUNNY AND HALF OF THE NBA CAN ATTEST TO THAT."

Lauren Pisciotta, known for managing influencers and fitness models, did not publicly reply. Her lawyers argue that posts like this show Kanye West's attempt to humiliate her and shift focus from the legal claims. This isn't the first time West has used social media insults when faced with allegations.

Lauren Pisciotta's other allegations against Kanye West

Lauren Pisciotta, in court papers, asserts that Kanye West once again subjected her to a disturbing experience in October 2023 during a flight between Los Angeles and Paris. She explains that Ye (who was 48 years old at the time) called her to his personal cabin during the plane ride, first requesting a hug.

When she refused, he claimed there was something they had to discuss in the former boarding school bathroom. After this, he is reported to have locked her in, then going to masturbate on his bed as she was unable to escape until an outside party helped her out.

The lawsuit goes beyond what happened on flights. Lauren Pisciotta says the Yeezy workplace was full of bullying and harassment. She claims Ye often used antisemitic slurs. He allegedly told staff to draw swastikas on office walls. She also says he crossed lines by doing s*xual acts at work, even with his wife, Bianca Censori.

The same charge against Ye mirrors earlier accusations that he harassed Lauren Pisciotta, barraging her with s*xually explicit messages, dirty pictures, and s*xual memes as he stirred publicity with flashy advertisements. Together, these claims paint a picture of Ye's company as a chaotic place. They suggest that abuse and shocking behavior were normal and rules didn't matter.

Based on the claims brought forward by Lauren Pisciotta, a disturbing behavior by Kanye West did not end after she was fired at Yeezy, but rather, according to the woman, the situation became even more tense.

She narrated the events of an encounter at a November 2022 concert when West allegedly pulled her neck and forced his tongue in her ear without permission, which made her become shaken. Lauren Pisciotta also says West moved into her apartment building on purpose. She says she felt so unsafe that she had to move to Florida to get away from him.

However, the relocation did not create peace, she says: shortly after she brought her first suit, Pisciotta alleges she was hit with a dangerous prank known as a swatting hoax. Police raided her house in response to anonymous claims that she had committed heinous acts such as child abuse and murder.

To add to that, Pisciotta reports being harassed by a sudden rampage of uninvented service workers—plumbers, delivery drivers, and so forth—who knock at her door any time of day and night. This made her everyday life a so-called nightmare of intimidation and fear.

Lauren Pisciotta points out in her amended lawsuit that Kanye West did not only expose her to a barrage of grotesque and racially charged messages and explicit content but also instilled what she terms an unsafe and toxic working environment.

She has now added grave charges of having been drugged and s*xually assaulted by West at a supposedly routine visit to the studio—an addition that can only compound the severity of the coming court battle.

Lauren Pisciotta says she's getting threats, wants jury trial

Worse still, Lauren Pisciotta allegedly has been getting threatening phone calls from unknown people. They are seemingly trying to pressure her into dropping her legal case against the company. According to her, this shows a sign that someone wants to tamper with the witnesses or silence her.

She wants a jury trial. She is suing for assault, battery, false imprisonment and emotional distress. The exact amount of money she wants is not known. This lawsuit adds more twists and more controversy to Ye's name. His actions have caused debates for years.
