Book a Night at the Lithuanian Prison Where Stranger Things Season 4 Was Filmed

UPDATED JUNE 23: Weeks after announcing that Stranger Things fans can book a night at the Lithuanian prison where parts of Season 4 were filmed, a representative for the prison told Primetimer that the prison is no longer available for booking, and it has not admitted any visitors.

"The project would have been available for rent via the booking platform Airbnb. However, after the initial launch, certain adjustments were made, and the installation is not available for booking at the moment," said Gabrijela Petrikytė, a Senior Project Manager for the prison's PR company.

Stranger Things super fans can now spend the night in the Lithuanian prison where parts of Season 4 were filmed. Lukiškės Prison in Vilnius, Lithuania is renting out '80s-themed cells designed to look like Joyce and Will Byers' (Winona Ryder and Noah Schnapp) living room in the supernatural drama.

The prison cell is available to book on Airbnb for just 107 Euros per night. Booking also comes with a guided tour of the prison, as well as a waffle tasting inspired by Eleven's (Millie Bobby Brown) love of Eggos. The tour takes visitors through various Stranger Things shooting locations, including the fenced courtyard "and other hidden corridors," according to a statement.

The '80s-themed cell isn't officially open until June 4, but reservations are now available.

Stranger Things Season 4 filmed in the Lithuanian prison during the winters of 2020 and 2021. Lukiškės stopped functioning as an active prison in 2019 and has since become a venue for music, art, and other events.

Stranger Things Season 4, Volume 1 premieres May 27 on Netflix.
