If Millie Bobby Brown had her way, Stranger Things would look very different. In an interview with The Wrap, Millie Bobby Brown joked that she wants Stranger Things to channel Game of Thrones and have a "massacre," killing off major characters.
When Brown and co-star Noah Schnapp were asked what they hope to see in Season 5 of the Netflix series, Brown was quick to respond. "I am scared to vocalize anything that I want, because it always turns into Millie Bobby Brown demands this storyline. I’m just going to say I trust the Duffer Brothers and their creative process," she said. However, she then looked at Schnapp, who plays Will, and said, "You want Will to die."
Schnapp insisted he doesn't want his character to die, but admitted, "One of us will die ... Or more. They need to kill off some people. [The cast] is so big."
"I know. It's way too big," replied Brown. "Last night we couldn't even take one group picture because there were like 50 of us. I was like, you need to start killing people off."
Brown advocated for "one huge massacre scene," but she's not hopeful it will come to fruition. "The Duffer Brothers are sensitive Sallies who don’t want to kill anybody off," she said. "We need to have the mindset of Game of Thrones. Kill me off! They tried killing David off and they brought him back! It's ridiculous."
Stranger Things Season 4, Volume 1 premieres May 27 on Netflix.
