    Tyler, the Creator has opened up about why he went to Kendrick Lamar's 'The Pop Out' show in 2024. He shared his reasons in a chat with Ebro Darden on HOT 97. The Grammy winner said going to the event made sense to him. He wanted to stand by his friends and show pride in his L.A. roots.

    During the chat, Tyler called himself an "L.A. baby." He stressed that he showed up to back those close to him. He said Kendrick and his crew are his people, so supporting them felt right. The show got a lot of buzz in the hip-hop world.

    "Are you crazy? You think I'm not 'bout to pull up to that Pop Out? Kendrick and them, they're my boys. So, of course I'ma pop out, no pun intended, and see that sh*t..." he said.

    Right now, Tyler is busy traveling the world on his Chromakopia tour. The tour runs until September 2025, finishing at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Philippines. Lil Yachty and Paris Texas are joining him as supporting acts along the way.
