Trigg Kiser, the three-year-old son of content maker Emilie Kiser, passed away on May 18. He was found unresponsive in the swimming pool at his family's Arizona home.
Emilie, known on TikTok for showcasing her life as a mom, has received condolences from fans.
Based on a court paper, on May 12, Trigg's dad found him unresponsive and called 911 for help. That night, he told the cops his wife had left with her friends, and he stayed home to care for their two kids.
The father said Trigg had been playing outside while he was inside with his younger child. He got distracted and lost track of Trigg for a few minutes. When he noticed Trigg was missing, he went outside to look for him. He found Trigg in the backyard pool.
The affidavit also mentions that first responders came shortly after but were unable to revive the child.
In a new report, the Chandler Police Department said on Tuesday that they have finished looking into the death of a young boy in a pool. The boy's mom is known for her videos on TikTok. The police suggested that Brady Kiser, the boy's dad, should be charged with child abuse.
This is a serious charge, and he might be in jail for a long time if convicted.
