America's Got Talent Season 16 kicked off with a bang thanks to Peter Rosalita, a 10-year-old singer who wowed the judges with his powerful rendition of "All By Myself" by Celine Dion. Rosalita, a Filipino citizen born in Abu Dhabi, flew thousands of miles to audition for AGT, but his efforts paid off, as he earned four "yeses" from the judges and advanced to the show's next round.
Even Simon Cowell praised the young singer and his "goose bumps"-inducing vocals. "You have an amazing voice, an amazing personality, an amazing energy," said the notoriously crabby judge. "Everyone is gonna fall in love with you after this audition." Coming from Simon Cowell, that's some seriously high praise.
America's Got Talent airs Tuesdays at 8:00 PM ET on NBC.
