Carey Mulligan & Mikey Day are Spoiled Brat Ensigns in SNL Star Trek Spoof

In this Saturday Night Live sketch about a new Star Trek prequel on Paramount+ called Starcharter Andromeda, host Carey Mulligan and Mikey Day play two bratty Starfleet officers who are awash in rich white privilege, caring more about themselves than their crew's dangerous circumstances. As the ship drifts toward a black hole, McKenna and Zachary insist that the first officer (Kate McKinnon) owes them an apology for rebuking her insipid suggestion, that the workplace is toxic, and that the slightest criticism amounts to gaslighting.
