Conan O'Brien Announces Plans For Final TBS Show

Following yesterday's news that June 24th would mark the last episode of Conan on TBS, the host took some time out from Monday night's show to discuss his plans for the show's final two months.

"The plan is we'll be showing a lot of clips from our favorite moments of the last eleven years, we'll have some special guests... and it's going to be, I think a lot of fun." 

O'Brien, who landed on TBS after walking away from NBC and The Tonight Show in 2010 called his bosses at Turner "absolutely lovely," thanking them for giving him "a home when I needed it most." 

The show's end will cap O'Brien's 28 years in late night, starting in 1993 when he tapped to replace David Letterman as host of NBC's Late Night. The comic, who has built a burgeoning podcast network in recent years is set to stay within the Turner family, continuing to host his Conan Without Borders specials, and launching an HBO Max variety show.

Conan airs on TBS weeknights at 11:00 PM ET.
