In this Super Bowl commercial for M&M's candy, we see a lot of people apologizing for transgressions by giving people M&Ms, including a botched gender reveal party, an onerous Catholic confession, kicked airline seats, and even for being called and being actually named Karen. The most disturbing one is when Dan Levy (Schitt's Creek) promises not to eat any more of the Green and Brown M&M's friends, only to apparently have the Red M&M guy trapped in his car, screaming for his life, and Levy admitting he will be probably eating that guy. Anthropomorphic food desperately not wanting to be eaten is such a strange choice for ad campaigns.
