Mayim Bialik Ditches Her Job and Opens Up a Cat Café in Call Me Kat Teaser

Mayim Bialik of Blossom, The Big Bang Theory, and UCLA's neuroscience doctorate program returns to head up her own sitcom again with Call Me Kat, based on the British sitcom Miranda.

Bialik plays Kat, who quit a job she hated to open up a cat cafe, who breaks the fourth wall to talk directly to the camera, and whose mother (Swoosie Kurtz) is desperate for her to get married. Bialik also has backup from Cheyenne Jackson (American Horror Story) and viral internet sensation Leslie Jordan.

Call Me Kat premieres Sunday, January 3 on Fox.
