Well, Sarah Normile's supercut of out-of-context quotes that seem relevant when viewed through the lens of this year gives us an inkling, with laments like "I am never going to the movies again!" and "Everything with you comes down to toilet paper." Elaine intentionally coughing on a germophobe's door handle is particularly jarring as we approach the end of the year with the pandemic continuing to rage.
"I'm an American, I don't have to wear anything I don't wanna wear!" That one stings, too.
