Congressional testimony is rarely headline-grabbing, but on the rare occasions it is, it can make for riveting television, whether it be the Army-McCarthy hearings, Watergate, Oliver North's Iron-Contra Testimony or the Supreme Court confirmation hearings of Clarence Thomas and Brett Kavanaugh.
It remains to be seen whether or not today's televised questioning of Robert Mueller ends up being historically consequential or not, but all eyes will be on the former special counsel as he takes questions from House Democrats and Republicans about his twenty-two month investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election and possible obstruction of justice by President Trump.

The former special counsel is scheduled to take questions from two House Committees over the course of five hours, beginning with the House Judiciary Committee at 8:30 AM ET, and continuing at Noon with House Intelligence Committee.
