If CW Seed is the minors to The CW's big leagues, then I Ship It just got called up to the Show. After debuting on the network's digital platform in 2016, the show is poised to attract a new fanbase tonight as it plays for a much bigger audience.
LIMITED SERIES: It's been an interesting path for I Ship It, which started out as a short film in 2014, was expanded to a digital series on CW Seed in 2016 (Where it ran for Season 1 and half of Season 2), before jumping to The CW as a limited series tonight. In the broadcast debut of Season 2's first episode, Ella (Helen Highfield) an aspiring writer and superfan of a show called Superstition, gets a chance to drop everything and take a position as a writer's personal assistant on her favorite show.
