Fox has long been the home of Sunday night animated comedies, but this year they're going all out — and making their intentions crystal clear — as they add a new series to their line-up of old favorites. In addition to Season 31 of The Simpsons, and Seasons 10 and 18 of Bob's Burgers and Family Guy, look for the new series Bless The Harts from creator Emily Spivey and producers Kristen Wiig and Phil Lord & Christopher Miller (The Lego Movie). This is the second time the network has rolled out the animated programming block they call Animation Domination, which previously ran from 2005-2014.
SERIES PREMIERE: Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph and Ike Barinholtz lead the voice cast of Bless the Harts, which follows the adventures of a Southern family chasing the American dream. In the premiere episode, the family stumbles upon a unique way to potentially pay off the family's bills. Watch the preview | Read our review 8:30 PM ET on Fox
SEASON PREMIERE: Tracking the history of The Simpsons can get surreal when comparing it to one's own history. The show, which was the controversial new comedy when many of us were kids, is returning for its 31st season! The season premiere finds video of Bart and Homer fighting going viral on social media (something that didn't even exist for the first half of the show's run.) Meanwhile, in a further nod to current events, Lisa wages war against the school's for profit detention system. 8:00 PM ET on Fox
SEASON PREMIERE: The season premiere of Bob's Burgers finds Bob plotting an anniversary surprise for Linda, but complications arise when the kids want to be involved in the celebration. 9:00 PM ET on Fox
SEASON PREMIERE: With the brewery announcing layoff's, Family Guy's Peter is afraid the axe will come down on his neck. Hoping to take his mind off of things, he and the family go on a cruise, with unexpected results. 9:30 PM ET on Fox
SERIES PREMIERE: Academy Award-winner Forest Whitaker stars in the Godfather of Harlem. Based on the true life story of crime boss Bumpy Johnson who was released from a decade of imprisonment, only to find his former kingdom in ruins. Vincent D'Onofrio, Paul Sorvino, and Chazz Palminteri costar. Watch the preview. Streaming on Epix.
