While the founders of new "bite size" streaming service Quibi have acknowledged disappointing launch numbers, and are reportedly shaking up their programming strategy, the fledgling streamer's latest series is among its most promising. Created by and starring Darren Criss, the Amy Heckerling-directed Royalties takes a satirical look at the business of songwriting.
