After a decorum-defying presidential debate last week that saw such flagrant disregard for the format that the Commission on Presidential Debates released a statement promising additional moderation measures will be implemented ahead of round two, it's a fairly safe bet that tonight's Vice Presidential Debate will be a more civilized affair, as President Trump's straight man VP Mike Pence faces Senator Kamala Harris live from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.
