What a long, strange trip it has been for One Day at a Time. The 2017 reboot of the long-running CBS comedy ran on Netflix for three seasons before the streaming service pulled the plug, prompting such outcry from fans that the show's producers were eventually able to negotiate a jump to CBS' Pop TV, which then aired the show's fourth season on Pop TV and TV Land, where viewership sky-rocketed. Now things are coming full circle, as the fourth season is getting a second run on CBS — home of the original series — beginning tonight.
