A group of hard-charging young graduates take on jobs in one of the world's top investment banking firms in HBO latest drama series, premiering tonight. Also tonight: The Battle Rounds begin on The Voice, it's Icons Night on Dancing With the Stars, and Betsy Brandt stars in the season finale of Soulmates. SERIES PREMIERE: Lena Dunham directs the premiere episode of Industry, which introduces a group of up and coming investment bankers as they embark upon their professional careers in the wake of the 2008 financial implosion. Primetimer's Joe Reid has the 411 on the new series. 10:00 PM ET on HBO

NEW EPISODE: The Battle Rounds begin on The Voice as the coaches enlist music industry powerhouses Leon Bridges (Team Kelly), Miguel (Team Legend), Kane Brown (Team Blake) and Julia Michaels (Team Gwen) to prepare their artists for a dueling duet. 8:00 PM ET on NBC

SEASON FINALE: Betsy Brandt (Breaking Bad) stars in tonight's season finale of the AMC anthology series Soulmates as a single woman who's waited years to meet her match, only to wonder if the man she's been paired with is really the one. 10:00 PM ET on AMC
