The broadcast TV networks kick off a packed fall premiere week with a mix of returning favorites and new series tonight as viewers are reunited with 9-1-1’s first responders, the NCIS franchise opens in Hawaii, and a new group of celebrities sashay onstage for Season 30 of Dancing with the Stars.

9-1-1: Season premiere. The 118 spring into action after a series of ransomware attacks cause a medevac helicopter crash and an air-traffic control tower system failure. Ordinary Joe: Series premiere. After his college graduation, Joe Kimbreau (James Wolk) is faced with a pivotal decision that steers his life down three drastically different paths.
