The Wonder Years: Series premiere. ABC reboots the late-eighties sitcom of the same name in this 1960s-set story about a Black middle-class family in Montgomery, Alabama. The series is presented through the perspective of Dean (Elisha “EJ” Williams, with his adult counterpart voiced by Don Cheadle), an imaginative 12-year-old struggling to figure out where he fits in.
