    NBC is set to serve up another full night of franchise TV tonight as the network presents three full hours of Law & Order. Plus, CBS pays tribute to the late Kenny Rogers in a special taped before his death, The Other Two ends its second season on HBO Max, and a new installment of Hulu's The Premise explores celebrity culture. Here’s what’s new and noteworthy on TV this Thursday:

    Law & Order: SVU: Season premiere. Capt. Benson (Mariska Hargitay) seeks justice against a predatory congressman involved in sex trafficking in the series' two-hour Season 23 premiere. Watch preview. 8:00 PM ET on NBC

    Law & Order: Organized Crime: Season premiere. After taking down Wheatley’s (Dylan McDermott) drug empire and discovering his wife’s killer, Det. Stabler (Christopher Meloni) must infiltrate a notorious crime family with the goal of taking over New York City’s cocaine trade. Watch preview. 10:00 PM ET on NBC

    Kenny Rogers: All In For the Gambler: Special presentation. Taped in 2017 before the country music legend’s death, this one-hour special features tributes and musical performances from the likes of Dolly Parton, Reba McEntire, Lionel Richie, and Chris Stapleton. 9:00 PM ET on CBS

    The Other Two: Season finale. Now that they’ve achieved moderate levels of success, Cary (Drew Tarver) and Brooke (Heléne York) reevaluate their futures in the final two episodes of Season 2. Streaming on HBO Max

    The Premise: The Ballad of Jesse Wheeler: A Justin Bieber-esque pop star (Lucas Hedges) returns to his high school to pledge a donation, but instead promises to have sex with the school’s valedictorian, inspiring a heated academic competition among slacker Abbi (Kaitlyn Dever) and her classmates. O’Shea Jackson Jr., George Wallace, and the late Ed Asner also star. Streaming on FX on Hulu

    Thursday Night Football: The Carolina Panthers take on the Houston Texans. 8:20 PM ET/5:20 PM PT on NFL Network
