    NBC’s America’s Got Talent: Extreme wraps tonight with a $500,000 finale. Also today: The Bachelor begins its two-part finale, A&E explores Secrets of the Chippendales Murders, Food Network bows The Julia Child Challenge, and more. Here’s what’s new and noteworthy on TV this Monday:

    America’s Got Talent: Extreme: Season 1 finale. NBC’s four-week event comes to an end as one act will be named the Extreme champion and take home the $500,000 prize. With judges Simon Cowell, Nikki Bella, and Travis Pastrana and host Terry Crews. 8:00 PM ET on NBC

    The Bachelor: Finale Part 1. Clayton Echard is forced to make a difficult choice as he prepares to propose. The drama continues tomorrow with Part 2 of the finale. 8:00 PM ET on ABC

    Secrets of the Chippendales Murders: Docuseries premiere. Fresh off The Secrets of Playboy, A&E's latest four-part docuseries features never-before-seen videos, exclusive interviews, and declassified FBI surveillance audio as it unravels how sex, jealousy, arson, and mafia shakedowns led to one of the most outrageous murders in American history.     The Gilded Age: New episode. During her first visit to Newport, Bertha (Carrie Coon) follows Mr. McCallister's (Nathan Lane) lead but is soon reminded of her place. Oscar's (Blake Ritson) pursuit of Gladys (Taissa Farmiga) is threatened by a familiar presence, and George (Morgan Spector) gets his day in court. Watch preview. 9:00 PM ET on HBO

    The Julia Child Challenge: Series premiere. Eight home cooks, all Julia Child superfans, compete in high-stakes culinary challenges, all while being guided by a televised version of Julia herself. The winner will receive an opportunity to follow in Julia’s footsteps with an all-expense paid three-month cooking course at Le Cordon Bleu. With head judge Antonia Lofaso and a rotating panel of chefs, including Molly Baz, Cliff Crooks, and Brooke Williamson. Watch preview. 9:00 PM ET on Food Network

    NCIS: New episode. Parker’s (Gary Cole) delinquent past resurfaces when the NCIS is called to Philadelphia to investigate the death of a Navy petty officer. Followed by a new episode of NCIS: Hawai’i. Watch preview. 9:00 PM ET on CBS

    MotoGP: Unlimited: Complete Season 1. Amazon looks to Formula 1: Drive to Survive for inspiration with this eight-episode docuseries about the 2021 MotoGP World Championship season. The series promises an intimate, unfiltered look at the challenges faced by top riders in the sport, including Fabio Quartararo, Valentino Rossi, and Joan Mir. Watch trailer.     The Cleaning Lady: Season 1 finale. Desperate for a way out, Thony (Elodie Yung) tries to make a deal with Garrett (Oliver Hudson) to save herself and help Arman (Adan Canto), but Arman doesn’t trust any promises made by the FBI. Watch preview. 9:00 PM ET on FOX

    The Endgame: New episode. Owen (Kamal Angelo Bolden) helps Val (Ryan Michelle Bathé) understand the truth about her first encounter with Elena (Morena Baccarin).
