Tiger King executive producer Chris Smith explores how Sarma Melngailis, the celebrity restaurateur behind NYC hot spot Pure Food and Wine, went from being the queen of vegan cuisine to the “Vegan Fugitive” after she fell for a mysterious man who promised to make her dreams come true.
