TV’s recent docudrama craze continues today with The Girl From Plainville, a new limited series about the infamous “texting-suicide” case. The Hulu series explores Michelle Carter’s (Elle Fanning) relationship with Conrad Roy (Colton Ryan), the events that led to his death and, later, her conviction of involuntary manslaughter.

The Girl From Plainville: Limited series premiere. Inspired by the true story of Michelle Carter’s “texting-suicide” case, this limited series explores Carter’s relationship with Conrad “Coco” Roy III and the events that led to his 2014 death. Name That Tune: Season 2 premiere. Celebrity singers, actors, Olympians, and NFL champions test their music knowledge while raising money for their favorite charities as the Fox game show returns for its sophomore season. How to Survive a Pandemic: Original documentary. Filmmaker David France takes an inside look at the historic, multi-national race to develop, regulate, and roll out COVID-19 vaccines in a new documentary. Abbott Elementary: New episode. When the students start participating in a new online trend that causes disruption to the school, the teachers band together to put an end to it. Meanwhile, Mr. Johnson (William Stanford Davis) provides comforting life advice to Gregory (Tyler James Williams), and the teachers finally meet Jacob’s (Chris Perfetti) boyfriend, who joins in to help stop the students “desking.” 9:00 PM ET on ABC
