Grace and Frankie and Ozark Finales Mark the End of an Era for Netflix

    Netflix closes the book on two of its flagship titles this weekend. With seven seasons under its belt, Grace and Frankie wraps as Netflix’s longest-running original series, while Ozark concludes after four seasons (with the last split into two parts) and 32 Primetime Emmy nominations. Also: Elisabeth Moss headlines Shining Girls, Hulu bows high school-set LGBTQ+ rom-com Crush, The Real Housewives of Atlanta kicks off Season 14, and more. Here’s what’s new and noteworthy on TV this weekend:

    FRIDAY APRIL 29

    Grace and Frankie: Season 7B. (Series finale). Grace (Jane Fonda) and Frankie’s (Lily Tomlin) blended clan contends with more family drama, memory loss, and a dire prediction that becomes a matter of life and death. The final eleven episodes include a 9 to 5 reunion, as Dolly Parton appears as a guest star. Watch trailer. Streaming on Netflix

    Ozark: Season 4, Part 2 (Series finale). Facing threats from all sides, Marty (Jason Bateman) and Wendy (Laura Linney) fight to keep their family together, appease the cartel and the FBI, and plot to leave the Ozarks for good. Alongside the final seven episodes, Netflix is also dropping a 30-minute special titled A Farewell to Ozark. Watch trailer. Streaming on Netflix

    Shining Girls: Series premiere. Based on Lauren Beukes’ bestselling novel, Elisabeth Moss as Kirby Mazrachi, a Chicago newspaper archivist whose journalistic ambitions were put on hold after enduring a traumatic assault. When Kirby learns that a recent murder is linked to her assault, she teams with veteran reporter Dan Velazquez (Wagner Moura) to understand her ever-changing present and confront her past.     Crush: Original film. When an aspiring young artist (Rowan Blanchard) is forced to join her high school track team, she uses it as an opportunity to pursue the girl for whom she’s been harboring a long-time crush. But she soon finds herself falling for another teammate (Auli’i Cravalho) and discovers what real love feels like. Watch trailer. Streaming on Hulu

    Undone: Complete Season 2. Desperate to uncover deeper mysteries in her family’s past, Alma (Rosa Salazar) turns to her sister Becca (Angelique Cabral) for help, but as they search for answers, they unravel a complex network of memories and motivations that shaped who they are today.     Make Or Break: Complete Season 1. Apple goes behind-the-scenes with the world’s best surfers as they battle for the World Title on the World Surf League Championship Tour. The seven-episode season follows the 2021 competition and explores timely issues in the sport, including diversity, mental health, and devastating physical injuries. Watch trailer.     I Love America: Original film. Hoping to find love again, a woman (Sophie Marceau) moves from Paris to Los Angeles, reunites with her best friend, and joins a dating website in this French language rom-com. Watch trailer. Streaming on Prime Video

    It’s Arbor Day, Charlie Brown: Special presentation. Peanuts opens its vault to release this classic 1976 special. The cartoon follows the gang as they celebrate Arbor Day by turning Charlie Brown’s baseball field into a lush garden. Watch preview. Streaming on Apple TV+

    Pachinko: Season 1 finale. Streaming on Apple TV+

    Slow Horses: Limited series finale. Taverner (Kristin Scott Thomas) and the Slow Horses attempt different approaches to locate the kidnappers and Hassan (Antonio Aakeel). Meanwhile, Ho (Christopher Chung) makes a shocking discovery about Sid (Olivia Cooke). Streaming on Apple TV+

After losing his wife, son, and job, Theodore’s (Branscombe Richmond) home is auctioned off to newlyweds Erica (Lana McKissack) and Mitch Brody (Brandon Ford Green). But when Theodore refuses to leave, the young couple find themselves trapped in a cat and mouse game with a man who knows every inch of their residence. 8:00 PM ET on Lifetime

    I Bought a Dump... Now What?: Series premiere. Homeowners who purchased dilapidated properties in hopes of renovating them into their dream home combat major obstacles that leave them behind schedule, over budget, and exhausted in this new series. 9:00 PM ET on HGTV

    Beauty and the Beast: Special airing. ABC’s “The Wonderful World of Disney” broadcasts the 1991 animated classic about the relationship between the Beast (voiced by Robby Benson), a prince transformed into a monster as punishment for his arrogance, and Belle (Paige O’Hara), the young woman whom he imprisons in his castle.     I Love That For You: Series premiere. Inspired by true events, this comedy follows childhood leukemia survivor Joanna Gold (Vanessa Bayer) as she chases her lifelong dream of becoming a home shopping channel host. In hopes of shedding her “cancer girl” image, Joanna moves away from her parents, starts a budding romance, and befriends her idol (Molly Shannon), the charismatic star of the network.     Welcome Home Nikki Glaser?: Series premiere. In the first, the team investigates the murder of a woman employed in the Navy’s missile defense program; afterwards, they work with DEA Agent Talia Del Campo (Mercedes Mason) to find a missing whistleblower set to testify against gun manufacturers marketing to drug cartels.     Outlander: Season 6 finale. Richard Brown (Chris Larkin) and his Committee of Safety arrive to arrest Claire (Caitriona Balfe) for murder, but due to the rising political tensions in the colonies, Brown’s plan to find a judge for a trial doesn't go as expected.     Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy: Season 2 premiere. Oscar nominee Stanley Tucci continues to indulge his passion for Italian culture, history, and food as he explores the stories and people behind the world’s most popular cuisine. The acclaimed series was originally set to debut in March, but was pushed back by CNN’s coverage of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. 9:00 PM ET on CNN
