Years after their professional relationship ended, Scooter Braun has now admitted that he did not provide Ariana Grande with the support she needed during the final phase of their time working together.
As per Buzzing Pop on July 18, 2025, Braun said:

He talked about his own failings, noting that he couldn't give her the strong support she needed as her work grew.
He said that he was not as good at handling artists as he was at one point. He said that Ariana Grande had told him this herself, saying he was not the same boss as he used to be. He agreed that she was right, and others saw it too.
He knew that a boss's main job is to always be there for the artist, to meet their changing needs and to help them get better.
As Braun made this comment, fans flooded social media with comments:
