A viral tweet claimed that Future supposedly reacted to the alleged affair between Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and HR chief Kristin Cabot. For the unversed, during Coldplay's concert at the Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, on July 16, 2025, the "kiss cam" captured a man hugging a woman from behind. The two were visibly uncomfortable after getting caught in that position on camera.
Chris Martin, the lead vocalist of the band, jokingly called them out, saying they were either "having an affair" or were shy. The clip subsequently went viral on social media as netizens recognized that the man was Andy Byron, the married CEO of the data infrastructure company Astronomer, and the woman Byron was hugging was Kristin Cabot, head of HR at Astronomer.
On July 17, 2025, the X account @DailyNoud tweeted that Andy Byron reportedly reached out to rapper Future for advice regarding the alleged affair. Notably, the rapper has previously made headlines for reportedly cheating on his ex-fiancée Ciara.
Hours later, the same X account posted a screenshot of Future's Instagram story, where he supposedly claimed he can't help Byron.

However, the news is false, as Future never made such remarks, and the Daily Noud account is a parody page that posts fake stories. The account's bio clearly states that it is a parody account and is not affiliated with the popular X page, Daily Loud.

Soon after the news of Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and HR chief Kristin Cabot's alleged affair hit social media, a "statement" from Byron spread on the internet.
In the alleged statement, the CEO apologized to his wife, family, and company.
Then the apology letter shifted the attention to artists and how they should be mindful not to make someone else's life into "a spectacle."
The statement concluded with lyrics from Coldplay's hit song, Fix You.
"I also want to express how troubling it is that what should have been a private moment became public without my consent. I respect artists and entertainers, but I hope we can all think more deeply about the impact of turning someone else's life into a spectacle," the viral statement reads.

Taylor Jones, the Director of Communications at Astronomer, reached out to Men's Journal to clarify that the viral statement was fake and not from the company's CEO, Andy Byron.
"This is not a real statement," Taylor Jones stated.
According to the media outlet's report dated July 17, 2025, they tried to get the company's statement regarding the alleged affair.
However, Astronomer refused to share any thoughts on the matter.
Neither Andy Byron nor Kristin Cabot has spoken up about the alleged affair. According to The New York Post's July 17, 2025, report, Cabot divorced her ex-husband, Kenneth Thornby, in 2022. Byron is married, and his wife has allegedly removed her married name from her Facebook account.
