Gabriella Zuniga has officially retired from adult site OnlyFans after settling her s*xual assault lawsuit with Shannon Sharpe. On July 19, 2025, in a since-deleted Instagram post, the 20-year-old model thanked her followers for supporting her. Zuniga stated that she would not quit social media and will continue to share news on her upcoming projects.
"Today, I have decided to retire from OF. Thank you for the incredible support you've shown me over the past few years. This community has given me a life I could have never imagined. I'll still be active on social media and have several new projects in the works that I can't wait to share. I'm truly excited for this next chapter. I love you all forever and ever," the former OnlyFans creator wrote.
Gabriella Zuniga filed the lawsuit on April 20, 2025, accusing the former NFL player and podcaster of s*xual assault, battery, and emotional distress. According to the court files, the two met in a Los Angeles gym in 2023, when Zuniga was 19 years old.
They began dating. Her legal team stated that the relationship eventually became "tumultuous." Gabriella Zuniga claimed Shannon Sharpe reportedly s*xually assaulted her twice, in October 2024 and in January 2025. The model's legal team also released an audio recording of a man threatening her, which they claim was Sharpe.
"If you say that word one more time, I'm gonna f**king choke the sh*t out of you when I see you," the man said in the audio recording.
Shannon Sharpe denied the allegations and claimed they were in a relationship and had consensual sex. His attorney, Lanny J. Davis, stated in a press conference on April 22, 2025, that Sharpe's words in the leaked audio were in "the heat of the moment," and he did not intend to hurt Gabriella Zuniga.

On April 22, 2025, Shannon Sharpe uploaded a now-deleted Instagram video, where he claimed the lawsuit against him was a "shakedown," and it was allegedly "orchestrated" by Tony Buzbee. The podcaster also stated that he would sue Buzbee for defamation.
He pointed out that Buzbee "targeted" Black men, like Jay-Z. For the unversed, Tony Buzbee has represented alleged victims in lawsuits filed against Sean "Diddy" Combs.
According to NBC News' December 4, 2024, report, last year, an anonymous woman filed a lawsuit under the pseudonym "Jane Doe" accusing Combs and Jay-Z of reportedly r*ping her in 2000. The lawsuit was initially against Combs. However, Tony Buzbee refiled it and added Jay-Z as a defendant.
"I'm going to be open, transparent, and defend myself because this isn't right. This is all being orchestrated by Tony Buzbee... Tony Buzbee targets Black men," Shannon Sharpe said.
On July 18, 2025, Tony Buzbee announced that Gabriella Zuniga and Sharpe had reached a mutual resolution, and the lawsuit is now closed. According to People magazine's July 19, 2025, report, the former NFL player paid $50 million in settlement.
In other news, Zuniga has not shared what her future projects are after quitting the adult content website.
