Love Island USA season 7 episode 26 featured the latest challenge. For the Stand on Business challenge, Islanders were supposed to write about how they felt about fellow Islanders. Later, when each of the Islanders was given the postcards, which were written for them, viewers witnessed things getting tense.
When it was Chris's turn on the podium, he received a few postcards from fellow Islanders. One of them was from Clarke, where she mentioned that she was being perceived as a "test."
"So, I just wanted like...we had our time to chat. The only thing during our conversation that was a little off-putting was the word test. Like, Casa Amor, like the guys, Casa and the girls in the villa were technically testing the connection that y'all have. But for me, it's kind of upsetting to like I'm a test, if that makes sense. Because it's like I'm here to make a connection, too."
The latest Love Island USA season 7 episode 26 saw a new challenge: Stand on Business. Each of the participants was allowed to share their feelings about fellow Islanders. For that, they were given postcards. Then, everybody gathered, and they were handed the postcards with their names on them.
When it was Olandria's turn, she received one of the postcards from Clarke. Fans must remember Clarke as the Casa Amor cast member. She joined the villa with the rest of the bombshell cast members.
Clarke's letter to Love Island USA star Olandria read:
"To Olandria from Clarke. I know you think I'm just a test, and that's our connection. It's only physical but it's way more than that. It's very real."
Love Island USA star Clarke added more context to that by sharing her feelings with Olandria. She stated how during their conversations, she found the word "test" somewhat "off-putting."
Further, she told Olandria how she also joined the villa in search of a connection. However, when she learned that she was a "test," she felt kind of "upset."
"So, I just feel like my journey started a little later, but I'm still here to do the same things, right? I've learned a lot about myself since being here. I didn't realize how much of a physical person I am. Like, when I'm comfortable, I am kind of touchy."
Clarke mentioned the connection she found in the villa has been very "real." She also talked about her inability to be "physical" without an "emotional" connection.
After Clarke shared her side and how she felt, Love Island USA star Olandria responded to her. She mentioned that she had "so much respect" for Clarke for sharing that. Talking about mentioning Clarke as the "test," Olandria said she referred to everyone as a "test."
"So as far as you mean saying like you're just a test, I said it about everybody. That's not a jab at you. I say about bombshells."
However, Love Island USA star Olandria apologized to Clarke, as she didn't mean it that way. Fellow Islanders appreciated the conversation these two had and how they were able to clear things between them.
Stay tuned for more updates.
