Malcolm Winters is a fictional character on the daytime soap opera The Young and the Restless. Malcolm came to Genoa in 1994, introduced as the younger and charming brother of Neil Winters, and soon became a central character. The most central storyline of the character involves a sibling rivalry with his brother, Neil Winters. Neil, who is a successful business owner, was always seen at odds with Malcolm. 

One of the most shocking storylines involves Malcolm finding out that he is the biological father of Lily Winters. Years ago, when Drucilla and Neil got married, she slept with Malcolm when she was high on medication. Following this, she got pregnant but was unsure about the real father of her child, so she made Neil believe that it was his child. The truth about the paternity was kept secret for a long period. However, in a dramatic series in 2006, Drucilla revealed that Lily’s biological father is Malcolm and not Neil. 

Anyhow, this did not change anything between Lily and Neil as the two shared a close father-daughter relationship. 

Further, in The Young and the Restless, while Malcolm was working as a spy, he found out about Lily’s cancer. Upon discovering the news, he reached out to her to help, but got in an argument with Neil. However, Malcolm collaborated with Lily’s partner, Cane Ashby, to find a cure for Lily. This involved a few shady things which Lily disapproved of, but eventually, they did it and got her the cure.

Shemar Franklin Moore is an American actor born on April 20, 1970, in Oakland, California. Shemar played varsity baseball at Santa Clara (CA) University. He also graduated with a degree in communications from the university. Before starting his journey as an actor, Shemar was a fashion model. 

According to People Magazine, the actor shared a five-year-long affair with Jesiree Dizon; the couple recently broke up, but co-parent their two-year-old daughter, Frankie.
