DoorDash is facing heavy criticism after an individual named Livie Rose Henderson made a complaint of s*xual harassment, following which her account became inactive. Notably, the incident happened earlier this month on October 12, 2025.
The employee shared everything that she has been facing after the case. She claimed in a TikTok video that the popular platform removed the clips where she addressed the details on several occasions.
In the latest video, Livie Rose Henderson said that TikTok has been giving strikes to her account and added:
“If I get one more you guys, I’m letting you know right now my account is going to be banned. DoorDash punished me for exposing my assaulter, and TikTok is currently punishing me… This is the only justice I’m getting because I also reported this to the police, and the police are doing nothing.”
According to Hot 97, Livie was on the job when a man reportedly exposed himself in front of her by taking down his pants.
While addressing whether she has been fired, Rose Henderson questioned why there was no action taken against the man. She continued by saying:
“Why am I getting fired? Why are my videos getting taken down and why am I getting strikes like I’m about to lose my account? I was assaulted.”
Netizens took to X to react to the update of Livie Rose Henderson being fired from her job. One of them criticized the fact that Livie reportedly recorded the man when he was sleeping and was now alleging that she was s*xually assaulted.
“She was only supposed to drop the food and leave, filmed him half-naked while he was asleep, got his DoorDash account blocked, and now accuses him of s*xual assault”, @Hybrid_Ola wrote.
A similar response was shared by another individual, who claimed that it was the reason she got fired.
“Customer says “leave order at door”, but you enter, record an unconscious exposed man, post his address and body online, then claim he assaulted you… and wonder why u got fired”, @destroynectar commented.
A few people even supported her, with one of them alleging that Livie Rose Anderson was not wrong since the door was open when she went to deliver her order.
“Y’all know damn well that girl didn’t push that man’s door open to record him. The door was open already when she walked up. The dude was being a pervert”, @KingYunn1 said.
Another person wrote that pulling down the pants without warning is also a form of s*xual offense.
“If you pulled down your pants in front of a woman without her consent, that would be a serious s*xual offense. If you invite someone to deliver food to your house and you have your pants pulled down with no warning, and with the door open, that’s also a serious s*xual offense”, @Simega8 stated.
Livie claimed that her account was not working around two days after the incident. Rose Henderson said in a few of her posts that she did not receive an email in advance after deactivation and the reasons for the same.
While Livie Rose Henderson got in touch with the support, they told her that the company cannot reveal the circumstances leading to the deactivation, as per Hot 97.
Livie continued contacting the support so that she could get access to her earnings.
Livie eventually received an email of the termination, but only after DoorDash confirmed the deactivation of her account on social media platforms.
The company said in its statement that they take such incidents seriously. However, DoorDash also revealed the reasons of the termination by saying:
“Publicly sharing videos taken inside a customer’s home - especially when personal information is visible - raises significant privacy concerns and constitutes a clear violation of our policies. To protect everyone’s safety and privacy, we have deactivated both the Dasher’s and the customer’s accounts and are working directly with law enforcement for additional guidance.”
As mentioned, Livie Rose Henderson confirmed in a video that she has reported the case to the police.
However, the identity of the man has not been revealed and the progress on the police investigation remains unknown.
